This piece explains which questions a proposal should close.

Scope is written down; volume is planned

A rigid “N posts a month” can feel convenient and still miss the objective. It is more honest to agree priorities and plan volume around that work.

Media spend is separate

If the advertising budget is mixed into the agency fee, it becomes hard to see what is being paid for. Media spend should appear separately unless something else is written clearly.

Production has its own cost

Location, talent, equipment, and travel cannot be hidden behind “everything included” if they are not actually included.

Results are not sold as a package

A partnership can promise work, reporting, and adjustment. It should not promise sales, rankings, or guaranteed growth.
